Interested in Building a Castle in Toronto

Location: Toronto, Canada
Description: I live in Canada and I am interested in building a castle north of Toronto in the country and was wondering how you go about getting the land and who you would get to build the castle, I want the castle to be on 60 acres and I want the castle to be 5,500 square feet(11th century-style English gothic castle, complete with fountain and square turrets.   Can you help me with the info I need or steer me in the right direction.
